Just Tylenol but try to deal with them because it's not really recommended. It's just your ligaments stretching, they definitely don't feel the best and it's annoying that it's been so long with cramps, but you're better off with no meds unless necessary. Try taking a warm bath or a heating pad or warm rags on your abdomen. It helps ease it a lot too. Best of luck 😊
