I'm getting ready to be a first time mom within the next 5 weeks and I feel absolutely clueless... Like when are these motherly instincts suppose to kick in? I'm packing my baby's bag and I feel like a complete idiot!

no problem. the crystals (or whatever the crap that files them is called) are finer.
I didn't even know a baby nail file exists! I have clippers... Thanks for the help! @emily18234
Also, get a baby nail file. their nails are literally paper thin and cutting them takes skill since they wiggle.
I'm a second time mom and I'm still clueless on the hospital bag haha. once the baby comes, everything will just come naturally. all you need for the hospital bag are things for you and clothes for the baby. the hospital provides the diapers and wipes.
-Hair ties
-Shampoo, body wash, tooth brush
-Nursing bra
-Loose fitting sweatpants
-slippers
-favorite blanket (totally optional, but worth it
when u see baby and are home theyll hit u you'll just know, you'll be fine
