Yes it's save to get yo hair done jus don't use harsh smelling chemicals

Absolutely. I am a hairdresser and worked and had my hair done through my entire pregnancy and no issues. Just keep in mind that OCCASIONALLY color can be finicky due to hormones, usually on scalp bleach was my issue.
