has anyone else ever had a REAL PANIC ATTACK before? and what did it feel like for YOU? Because last night i got outta my shower and went to lay down and watch a movie & all the sudden my left eye vision got all blurry & everything around me felt weird like i was in a dream and i started to literally panic like i was going to die and my heart was pounding & i was sweating. one of the scariest feelings ever. just curious if this was actually a panic attack my husband thought so. your thoughts??

Idk Whether it was a panic attack or an anxiety attack, I had one that started out as heavy breathing and I ended up hyperventilating on my hands and knees I was breathing so fast it felt like my heart was going to explode... Then I passed out

Sounds like it. Deep conscious breathing usually helps when I get like that, but it really is terrifying

Yeah I've lost complete vision and couldn't breathe. got really hot then super cold and couldn't feel my heart beat, then slowly felt it in my head, my bf said I looked lost

I've had them since I was little, usually starts out as a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach, my heart starts beating fast, I start hyperventilating. I have to sit in the floor with my head between my knees and try and breathe until it passes.

yeah i was sweating and then got really cold I couldn't even speak I had my head down on my pillow laying down in my bed my eyes closed and holding on to my husband I was so so so scared never experienced that before that was around 10:30 last night and I'm still afraid it's going to come back
