Anybody else feel like their SO isn't as excited about the pregnancy as you are? With our son he would rub my belly and talk to him to get him to kick. He just seems different this time around, I don't know if he's just stressed about it or what???

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
My son just handed me this…. As an adult I made the decision not to get it and told him why I choose not to. Asked him if he knew anything about COVID or the vaccine and he said no all he knows it’s that it’s out there. At the end I asked him if he wants the vaccine I will sign the form if not we ignore it. He said no thank you 😊.

I think we as women are more emotional than men see with the first pregnancy it was new to him he's going to be attentive but this time he may be happy but not emotionally attentive as you like him to be . .see right now you can feel your baby a better bond than he does so you're more emotionally attach..Let him come around ..watch when the baby get here it will all change he can physically see and feel what God bless yall with and watch how the mood change hope this help

mine doesn't talk much. he already has his first and he would kiss her stomach and shit but with me it's my first baby..so I try to be excited but it just kinda depressed me. I want him to be all lovey and talk to my stomach and stuff. but he doesnt really. like he will sometimes but not often
