My baby just threw up all the milk I just fed him now I'm scared to feed him cause I'm afraid he isn't digesting it...

he should be alright, had this problem a few times not too long after my son was born (he just turned 7 months been breastfed since birth) and the doctor said for some babies it could be reflux but for most its usually because the "flap" that keeps everything you drink/eat down and from coming back up is weak and isn't strong like ours so sometimes it'll open and they'll throw up. it's worth mentioning to your doctor but its probably one of those two things.

did you burp him between every ounce?
