why not buy the turkey meat and then cook and mince it?

See I'd love to do that but I'm not a good cook at all I usually burn things I cook and I don't want my boyfriend to have to cook the meat for me just for me to have a salad lol my mother wasn't a cook so I was never taught any cooking lessons and now I'm learning from my boyfriend

You're really not supposed to eat it cold, but a lot of people do anyways. It is just the chance that you could get listeria. I only eat hot sandwiches, but that is just me!

It probably won't taste the same. Actually kinda sounds gross but maybe think of deli meat like we have to with fish. Just one serving a week.

They say no because of listeria.. but after doing some research on it they spray all of those meats with a foamy mixture at the factory. the foamy mixture kills any of the bacteria that is on it. so it should be fine. if you're really worried about it than you could put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
