I slept on my back and still do and my baby is just fine. as well as I have to sleep on my belly with a pillow so my legs don't go numb from sleeping on my sides. as long as you have pillow support you're fine. but at 11 weeks where you're at. it doesn't matter how you sleep baby is still small. when you get further along they'll let you know one way or another that you should switch up your sleep positions
I just wanna be safe because my mom is really stressing me about doing everything right due to our family history of high risk pregnancies @x0x0katielove @xbbycolletto @emberlynnsmommy
for now just use some sort of pillow support. if you're on your back have one under your back so you're still on it but it tilts you to get you used to your sides.
I've slept on y back, cause I normally would sleep on my sides every night, but that gets uncomfortable and makes my hip bone hurt lol. Stomach I can't sleep on though, never have been able to.
I was able to sleep on my tummy until about 18 weeks when I really started popping it became uncomfortable at that point so you will know. As for your back, one of the papers I got from my doctor said it is okay until about the third trimester.
When I can sleep I find myself waking up almost on my back or almost on my stomach. I'm 38 weeks. You don't have to fall asleep that way, but when you're sleeping you can't control how you lay

I'm 33 weeks and still sleep on my stomach but I have like one leg all the way up so my weight lays on the leg and not my belly.
