They say you can eat things that aren't sugary and high in protein before, but I just didn't eat anything, just drank water

And then they make you drink the glucose drink, and test ur blood an hour later

Eat things low in carbs if you're hungry at least 2 hours or an hour before your appointment or take sips of water.

Im 24 weeks fri and my glucose test is march 8. They told me dont have anythin sweet 2 hours before my appointment. I was told by others not to eat anything after midnight

I ate no carbs or sugar for 12 hours before and passed.

My doctor told me don't have nothing after midnight the night before test.

mine told me to eat a protein breakfast for the 1 hr one but if I fail then I have to fast

don't eat or drink anything after midnight if your test is in the morning

you can eat unless the Dr told you not to. most glucose tests are non fasting. just don't eat alot of sugar before hand

I ate a few hours before mine but kept it to eggs-just watch white carbs and sugars
