So I've been loosing little chunks of my mucous plug for the past few weeks, & I just wiped and it's a lot bigger than it's ever been. I had a dr appt today and they did the swab testing, they told me there not gonna check to see if I'm dilated until I'm 39 weeks. Do you think labor can be soon for me because of me loosing my mucous plug often? I know it can grow back.

Losing your mucous plug usually does not mean anything. Labor could be days, or it could be weeks. The mucous plug regenerates itself so there's really no way to say... I lost mine around the same time and at 39 weeks still wasn't going into labor but was 3cm dilated and 100% effaced. I actually just lost a huge chunk a few weeks ago and I'm in my second trimester! It really doesn't give you a conclusive answer
