Probably a tmi question but can being on your feet for long periods of time cause hemorrhoids to get worse?

I use the Tucks witch hazel pads and preparation h, they got smaller but bc I was on my feet for about 7 hrs a day, I think they got really bad. I even had one bust on me in November. But ever since I've been out of work they get smaller and smaller and it's great

my midwife told me to treat the inside and the outside. I used prep h suppository at night and outside everytime I went to the bathroom. it took a week but they went away. it'll only get worse after labor...ugh
