What is this? No change in laundry detergent or anything like that. No fever. Just red dots, they appeared this morning and in 6 hours they spread like crazy after I tried to wipe him down with a washcloth and warm water.

my kids used to randomly get the same type things. Dr said it's not abnormal for babies at young ages to get these rashes. ur pediatrician can give u a special cream or u can use diaper rash cream to help.
