Quick question... All these hormones are making me break out like CRAZY! Do any of you use a good soap and or lotion on your face? In desperate need of some clean up.. 😋

I wash with water and a wash cloth, followed by coconut oil, it works great, coming from a girl with bad acne before and during pregnancy
