totally get where ur coming from but docs do this all day every day. they've seen it all and they do it as quick as possible. try not to think about it when they are checking u. put head phones in and see if u can zone out till they are done.

@nessa_475, I'm just a very reserved person and the nurse said my dr was going to examine me so it's making me nervous because I don't really want everyone staring at my vagina

they jus check your vitals, do an ultrasound and see the doc. it's painless.
