Sooooo, my mom took me to the store the other day cause she wanted to buy me a stroller and a rock and play, we bought a bunch of other random stuff for the house and my brother and sister too, so our bill was about 300$ in my head I was thinking that's pretty cheap considering all the stuff we got, well yesterday I checked the receipt before going to bed, and they didn't charge me for the stroller ... I saw her scan it cause it was the biggest item in the cart. In a way I was kind of happy about it because we don't have all the money in the world, but I was also kind of feeling guilty is it wrong of me not to say anything? I could really use that 200 toward other things for the baby like a crib mattress and just other essentials.

I'd probably just leave it to be honest... if you saw her scan it it's not like you stole it... and of she didn't catch it I'd just call it a random gift from the store since their machine didn't work..

To be honest you didn't do anything wrong.. U went threw the line with all your merchandise so I wouldnt worry.. Just look at it as a blessing!

If it was me, I would go back and pay for it. You didn't do anything maliciously but that's inventory the store won't have now and no record of a purchase, meaning they'll think it was shoplifted. You already knew that $200 would go toward the stuff for your baby so just let it go there regardless. I don't know what your beliefs are, but my beliefs are that God will help you out with the money later on if you are honest and upfront about this now.

@aphrodite2014, @mlmof2delvinanzalaya @baby26 @dohmommy2016 @addi-maesmama @mamidear I think that I am just gonna turn the other cheek like I never looked at the receipt lol. I've been a generally good person through out my life so I'm not too worried about it! Haha and also this just means I can pay it forward in other ways, I'm sure when my little man grows out of it there will be someone in need and I can pass it on :) this huge department store isn't really going to miss my 200$

Thanks for your opinion :) @mommarodey but as you can see not everyone agrees with you and I don't either, maybe it is gods unconventional way of blessing me/ cutting me a break cause I work 2 jobs and am going to school to make ends meet ( not to mention volunteering on the weekends) I think my morals are in check. I'm sure this huge department store who doesn't care about any of its employees ( believe me I worked there) wont take too much of a financial blow. Just my opinion.
