any other moms having a hard time burping there baby nd knowing when he's completely burped or not . and who else is home alone alot with there new born.

@islanddreamer07, I'm giving him breast milk in a bottle he has trouble ataching even with the nipple thing to put on for inverted nipples

I have a total of three kids including my two week old that I stay home with. are you breast or bottle feeding? burping is not always easy just be patient. I think the best way to know if they are done is to lay them down in their back. if there is no fuss then they are successfully done. latching problems are the most common reason for excess burping. if you can hear your baby sucking air try repositioning them in your boob.

Burping After a feed baby burps pretty good but once I put him down he'll cry because he needs to be burped more and sometimes(seems like most) it takes me 10-15mins and even after I set him down he'll be burping himself for a good while.
