having my first period before my 6 week pp mark... normal?

Yeah I did, worst cramps ever. It was heavy blood from the vaginal birth and then it thinned out on three weeks then right after like two three days after it thinned out I started getting bad cramps HORRIBLE ones then I bleed for four days

I had leftover ibuprofen from the birth, that helped perfectly
