I just might have to. i don't want to deal with anymore medical bills but I'm so miserable and it's already lasted a few days as is. It's got to be either a sinus infection or an upper respiratory infection. I'm hoping he just had a 24 hr bug, but i don't want it to be the flu and me have ignored it. I'm going to see how he feels in the morning. He hasn't kept down anything he's eaten today and he hasn't even taken many fluids either. I called off of work tonight so that I wouldn't have to leave him with his sitter and I'm glad I did. it started around this time last night, so we are going on 24 hours. @hernandezmommy

Don't give him any food. Start with giving him only a couple sips of pedialite. If he can tolerate that for 30 minutes to an hour, give him some more. Keep giving him a little more here and there until he can tolerate it. Probably a stomach bug, and as much as it sucks, cutting food out and only trying liquids will be better. If he can't tolerate the liquids in the morning at all, then take him in. But go ahead and give that a try. If it works, he can have Popsicles and that was always my favorite medicine growing up :)

And if you don't have pedialite, give him a sip or two of water instead. Just so you know, I'm a medical assistant. You can message me for any more advice if you'd like!

Um that was me like 2 weeks ago I had the lime green mucus I had an infection they put me on antibiotics for it and everything went away ask your DR or OB (I suffer from sinus related infections) it was also during he time my 4 and 1yo had what your son did except it wasn't the flu since they had thei shots just this icky virus going around. Just try and keep him hydrated juice pedialite water! Whatever he will take! But make sure you get seen by a DR too you can't take care of anyone unless you're healthy too!

Hes had less than half of a kids cup of water in two hours and puked it up, plus has had two "other accidents" this morning as well. I don't want him to get dehydrated.
