same here, my daughter took a bottle at first, but i stopped and now she wont take one, makes me feel horrible because i have to get a job and i cant until she takes a bottle..
@hellosweetie, my daughter did take the bottle when she was just born but because of her acid reflux we decide to exclusively breastfeed and it somewhat helps but now she's gotten older and I tried every bottle people have suggested and she will not take anything, her doc said I could actually skip the transition from breast to bottle and just go straight to sippy cup but that's not going too well either, I'm going back to work soon and I want to make it the best & easiest I can for her, her growth is ok at the moment she weighs 11 lbs but doc said she's more on the small petite side & when I start feeding small solids she'll start growing much better 😊
I feel horrible to want to put her on the bottle but I have 3 other children to care for and I'm planning to go back to work soon 😕 so I'm sure it would help so much having her on a bottle @supermom1104
I dunno how your situation is, but I've tried to get my girl to take a bottle since early on and it's always been a NOPE. She just makes nasty faces, gags, spits it out and cries and refuses until she gets her booby...we have up around 2 months old, and she's been all about that boob ever since...she's 6 months old today! It's hard sometimes but she is doing great with growth and development so I'm not worried. She doesn't realistically need to be on a sippy cup until she's a year old either, so I'm taking my time introducing that as well 😉
I've tried about 10 different bottles and she won't take any I even tried sippy cup too since doc said it would be better but she just won't give up until she's breastfed 😣 @supermom1104
