Apologizing ahead, I have lower back pain, iv had two sharp sharp pains one on each side of my upper hips and it shot up my back about 30 min apart in the last hour, my V area has pulsed a few times, and my discharge is a little more watery than normal. Is this labor? I can't get my OB office to answer my call. No matter how I lay, my back always hurts, and I'm a little sick to my stomach. And have a small headache. Since this all started

Sounds to me more of what it felt like when my daughter dropped. The sudden change in position can cause those symptoms. Labor for most women starts with rhythmical contractions of the abdomen that wrap to the lower back, let go for a time then come right back but stronger.
