I had blue cheese this afternoon 😭barely ten weeks
i dont heat my lunch meat my doctor said it was fine as long as i eat in moderation which i really only eat it like once a month so i dont worry about that but i eat blue cheese with EVERYTHING so that sucks lol @cogsworth84

it's unpasteurized. and can carry listeria which can make you and the baby sick and/or cause a miscarriage @fiona01 @cmartinelli
it is basically mold and obviously its bad for you anyways but i guess it can have someting in it that can cause a miscarriage and i had no idea.
