Ugh why do I have to be stuck in the middle? My boyfriend wants to claim our son whose already been claimed by my mother through me because he lives with us and my boyfriend said he is going to have my mother audited and she said if she does get aduited, she will sue him.. My mother has honstly bought more things for our son than my boyfriend has! And according to him, H&RBlock; is telling them he can claim our son without claiming me BUT H&RBlock; AND SF County told my mother and I he must claim me to claim the baby and we have to living with him for 6 months to a year which we don't we live with my mother... And on top of that my mother doesn't want to give us the claim money from the baby! I know its not much since he was only born 4 months ago but still thats our son!

you can get about 4 thousand my son was born 7 months ago and that's how much were getting for him, did you want your mom to keep the money?

@mrsmoore No i told her I wanted the money. she only gave me $300 one day and didn't tell me that was from what she got back but I honestly think she's keeping the money because that's her way of reimburssing herself for buying the medication we needed when he was born and buying diapers and formula when we needed it while his dad didn't want to put out the money for it. We needed formula one day and his dad said he wasn't going to buy it because its my fault I wasn't breastfeeding but he knows the baby stopped latching and my nipples would bleed. So I asked my mom.
