I've been lactating since I was 17 weeks andi feel so much pressure. :/ if I squeeze them I lactate and the pressure goes away will it make me go into preterm labor.. I've heard pumping early can but I'm not releasing much...
as long as you don't use a breast pump or do it too much you'll be fine. take a warm shower and rub your breasts till the pressure goes away. I had the same problem with my second and third
