Can anyone please explain to me what back labor feels like? I'm 39 weeks & have this horrible pain in my very low right back which is shooting down into my leg almost to the knee. I can barely walk across the floor without wanting to cry. I called the OB & they said the only way to know is to go in, but I was just there Saturday due to dehydration (don't want the nurses to think I'm a crazy hypochondriac), & at my OB appointment this morning they said if she don't come on her own by Friday then we'll have her this weekend so I don't wanna make 100 trips to the hospital for nothing.

That's where mine is...but will it be in the front part of your thigh or just the back..mine is the whole thigh. @squeakpipsmommi0607
i might also sciatic pain where the baby is pressing a nerve in your back.
feels like cramps in your back u couldn't even roll over when I had it with my oldest the only thing that made mine kinda better was my poor mom had to rub my back for almost my whole labor till I finally caved and got the epidural I'd say go a head and go in better be safe then sorry
Thats what mine was when they induced me for the first 10 hours it was just that
