Have you talked to them about it? Maybe they can send a referral to the OB that works with your hospital

I'm in this situation exactly. I go to OB like 45 min away and I am going to deliver at a different hospital by my house. I told my OB that I won't be delivering at their hospital and they luckily have an office that associates with the hospital I'm delivering at so they scheduled me an appointment there to set up induction. I had that appointment today and now I'm all set

well i can't switch because I'm too far, I'm due any day. but the one I'm registered with has my info and the one associated w my OB is an hour away and I'm not registered or familiar with them /:

Oh well you might want to switch Drs then. That might be a tricky situation. Because you would be like a new patient right off the street. They wouldn't know anything about your pregnancy or test ran or blood work or anything like that.

its in Palm Springs an hour away but i feel if they need to induce me would they have to send me to their hospital??

You can go where you choose. Or at least where your ob is at. Hospitals really don't like to take someone they have no history with if that makes sense
