I had 5 miscarriages before this pregnancy and before my first appointment I asked my Dr to have me in for blood work to monitor it and she asked why... I told her about the miscarriages and she was in Yea I'll have you in every other day. so totally normal.

@mommy2be711, I told them about my diabetes and losses and they still said 8 weeks is the earliest. I think this is God testing my faith.

maybe ask for an earlier appointment because of your history with miscarriages

Same for me. I also have a history. 8 weeks is the earliest.

@jellibeanbam, I'm a diabetic as well, just make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin because the first couple of weeks are really important in the growth of the baby. Get you a prenatal vitamin with folic included in it.

I got a good prenatal vitamin that doesn't make me sick and I'm on my sugars slowly increasing insulin as needed. Just a bit of fear @omaleonmommy I'll pray on it girl lol
