I used to feel that way a lot. Remember that thirst feels like hunger as well. I would drink a full glass of water and if a few minutes later I still felt hungry I'd have some fruit or something light. I had lost 70 lbs before my pregnancy and I was just trying to stay as healthy as possible. lol
