so had my cervix exam she told me baby's head is really low but I haven't dilated but my cervix is thin. when should my cervix dilate? 36 weeks

im 32 weeks and im dilated 2cms already everyone is different
Everyone's different some dilate 6 weeks before labor and other dilate once in labor.
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
