It's not the sex that helps, it's the sperm

It helped with my second! I was in labor but wasn't dilated enough. I was onky 3 cm so i went home and had sex and an 1hr later i was at 5 and had my baby 3 hours later

it can help open it up more, I actually had my 1st baby because of sex but I didn't have sex for 3 months prior to that day so it helped a lot lol
