I was taking it and it really started working about a week after i used it. I took 3 pills three times a day. I went from pumping barely 2 ounces to pumping around 10 ounces. I also stuck to a strict schedule with pumping every two hours even at night. Stay on a strict schedule and take those pills and it should work for you.
wait until after your supply is regulated to take it, around 8 weeks... it helped me within 24 hours but I had to stop it because it upset my sons stomach
My little guy is 3 weeks old and I just started taking it 2 weeks ago. I just noticed a difference in my supply this morning when I was pumping. I went from only pumping two ounces to this morning I pumped four and a half. I take 3 capsules every 3 hours!
