Anyone know of any labor-inducing exercises? I'm 4cm dilated, but my cervix is still thick. Need to get this show on the road lol
@eo6579, pitocin is used to induce labor. It literally makes your contractions go from 0-60 in no time. Not a very fun thing! I was induced with my first baby. After 26 hours of labor, my daughters heart rate kept dropping really low, and we ended up having to have an emergency c-section. This time around I don't even get to try for a vaginal birth because it's less than a year since my c-section 😔
Eat fresh pineapple, walk, spicy foods, sex, dance anything to get your heart rate going
try that
theyre super cheap
just make sure u do it at night and stay laid down lol it can get messy
I'm in the same boat
5cm 50% effaced
i went from 0 to 50 in 3 days tho after starting primrose inserts
get it girl thats right i dont want no pitocin either. I was induced 4x its no joke i hope my son comes on his own like my 1st son did
Only because my cervix is sooooo thick and I told them I didn't want pitocin @coko
@anabelj, my mom has me bouncing on my birth ball walking around the house I'm not sure what else to do that I know works
Not yet!! I'm home. Contractions weren't close enough and my cervix is thicker than a snicker lol @coko
Yes @anabelj the rain is coming down you n L&D already they admitted you right?
That's how I went into labor with my 2nd daughter 😹😹 he's just been so sick (fever and headache) @charleerose
sex lol make sure he cums in you and try to orgasm at the same time😂 it sounds so complicated to sync it like that but with an orgasm from you it will make your uterus start contracting and his semen will soften your cervix and dilate you more
Hubbys sick so sex is out for now 😩. And it's pouring here in NY. I may try walking up and down my steps
@anabelj, sex! It's the best and most natural way to help things along! 😆
