I had maybe like 5-10 minutes where I felt so nauseous but once it was done I suggest eating lots of protein cause you will crash hard from all the sugar

Just drank the stuff, it wasn't horrible. I'm getting over a stomach bug though, so I hope I can keep this down 😪

When I took mine it was a breeze . No where near as bad as people said it was

It was pretty gross lol, but not too bad. @taestasia 20 more minutes though lol
