I felt that way in my first trimester. I was insanely tired all of the time, naseaus, and I had painful cramping. it will start to ease up for you hopefully when you hit 12-14 weeks. Drink tons of water and try (I know it seems impossible) but try to go on a walk.

I went to Walmart and got a gallon water bottle, you know the ones soccer players use on the field... Igloo makes them I think and put crystal light or lemon juice (what I did) in to give it some flavor and lots of ice for it to last all day! It's so much easier when you don't have to fill up every time you drink some or have to go get another bottle. Keep trying, baby will have to learn to love water eventually! Oh I was also given a pill by my doctor to last my first trimester to ease morning sickness (even though mine wasn't too bad) I took it when I was getting ready for bed. It makes you a little sleepy but the next day you can do daily tasks without worrying about puking all over 😂 I'd call your doc and ask about it. I forget what it is called!

A gallon? So jealous! It seems impossible for me to drink alot of fluids although I know I have to! I've been drinking powerade zero the last 2 days, which I don't think is making anything better but that is really the only way I've been able to get fluids in me. I'm going to try crystal light and see if I can take more in that way. I love water but baby doesn't seem to, lol. Thank you love and same to you! @abbydi

It is very normal! For the head aches drink lots of water (Ive drink a gallon a day since my first trimester) it also helps with your energy. Nap as much as you can too, I always felt bad in the beginning for always sleeping but your body is going through a lot! I was never too nauseous so that's something I can't help on 🙊 good luck and congratulations!!

yes very normal unfortunately...but you are almost out of it, you're ending your 1st trimester...ask your doctor for something you could take&&&get; your rest..it is important
