I'm so nervous about my first prenatal appt tomorrow ...!!! Any advice ?

Plus you'll eventually have to get one before giving birth. Better to get used to it early if you've never had one before.

My doctor did a papsmear and took blood and also did a ultrasound. I recommend a pap being they're way more sensitive than just urine

I asked them not to do they did a urine test instead. she just checked to make sure everything was ok down there but it took maybe 10 seconds for that

I was to when I went but they will check the heart beat an give you a ultrasound. an just check your vitals an you will have to pee in a cup to make sure everything is ok! (:

Eat before you go! My appointment took over 4 hours and they had to do blood work and I didn't eat before and regretted it.
