It just depends on your doctor, some will only ever do 1 unless necessary, some will do them every time, and it can range anywhere from one extreme to the other. I'm going to get my 3rd in a few weeks, but that's only because my placenta is sitting low and she needs to make sure it moves up.

the average you receive is 2-3 ur whole pregnancy. unless your high risk in which you could get em biweekly to monthly

It depends on your doctor. Most only get 2-3 however my doctor does them every visit, no matter if you're high risk or not.

They give me an ultrasound at every one of my appointments. My doctor always likes to see the baby, growth, measurements and stuff like that.
