I agree. you have to wake them up to eat. otherwise they won't gain weight like they are supposed to.

You should still wake them up to eat every 2-3 hours :)

Yes, I'd be worried. Baby should be woke to eat if they aren't stirring on their own. Left alone to long can mean an underlying medical issue such as jaundice and stuff.

probably not babies are tired after being born they sleep most of the time when first born if you're really worried contact your pediatrician. also try not to let baby sleep to long wake them every 4 hours or so to eat
