I'm having low like, dull back ache and if I flip to my side and put the pressure of the baby on the front it makes the ache go from my back to my pelvis in the front. Weird has anybody experienced this before labor ?

I'm in sooooooo much pain ! dear God! I'm scared cuz ion even know if its contractions! its a pain leading from my back too my front like upper stomach a really tight ache pain! im in tears cux ion know! but it hurttsss

Please help. What have you done or bought to help with back ache? Since turning 28 weeks(now 29) the back ache is getting worse. And I'm on my feet all day at work boo.
