when your in labor and delivery stressed out trying to get this baby to turn her back and all my family can do is argue with eachother and stress me out -_-

Best way to relieve stress? Stressing out is starting to affect my supply 😔 which is stressing me out more....
First outing with both kids by myself and I’m stressing out because the baby won’t stop crying in the car.
Trying to hold out and not stress because I don't want my baby being premature. I want a healthy baby.
What would you do? I feel so stupidly selfish if I choose to be induced because I want my boy to come when he is ready, but I am also feeling selfish stressing him out because everything going on and how stressed I am. So do I continue to stress him out or do I get induced and deal with this and let him be? Or will he be okay? I've been up all night contracting on and off but could it be from my nerves?

It's all about you honey. Don't let anyone ruin this day for you. If you don't feel right doing it say you need to use the bathroom and have the nurse Come in with you (they usually do if you have a IV) and tell the nurse. They will gladly kick them out!! My nurse pulled me aside because about 10 people came in the room unexpected to see me while I was in labor and she asked if I wanted them gone and I told her yes because I needed to focus. Just breathe and don't tense up!!! If you do it will hurt way worse! Hang in there! Congrats 🎉❤️
