What can I do to help me hold my pee longer I literally peeded myself today 2 time for the time it took me to get to the bathroom and by the time I pulled my pants down I peeded myself lol Is it normal iv never had a problem with my first baby or what can be causing it

Lol yea kegels, wear a panty liners. your muscles are loose now you leak easier

practice kegals! I do them all day ... and no one can tell lol

Do some kegel exercises. Those muscles help with controlling your pee. They will also help when it's time to give birth.

Wear a liner or pad too cause sometimes it can't be helped.

Try to go pee more often . Like dont wait till you have the urge because its harder to hold it in .

you shouldn't try to hold it for too long, it can cause bladder and or kidney infections. it's best to use the bathroom as soon as you feel the need to pee, as inconvenient as it is
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Overall whats everyones thoughts on this. Me personally I dont mind lgbt .but to teach it I feel like is a waste . I can teach my own children that if they ask or even wanna know

I pee myself every time I throw up! thankfully my morning sickness is nothing compared to my first 3 pregnancies but still, I'm just glad I've been at home when it happens!!
