I Honestly think I had the easiest labor ever. I was so scared of getting an epidural because it can cause your body to stop having contractions if you get it too early. So I decided against it. With breathing and being able to walk I Honestly didn't feel too much pain. it felt like a really bad period and once I started pushing I was so determined to see my little girl that the pain was in the back of my mind. I was in labor for 6 1/2 hrs and pushed for 30 mins. I had 6 stitches and didnt use medication for that because I was so distracted by my little bundle of joy that even though I could feel it, it wasn't painful.
I have had a natural birth with no medication. I was afraid to get an epidural so I breathed through my contractions. Honestly at first I didn't know I was having contractions until I went to the hospital because I was coughing so much from bronchitis. I am going to do it again this time also.
my 1st i didn't went epidural up until i got to labor and delivery i started to freak because nurses said I'd be in labor for hours maybe even days lol since it was my first.. but it was too late.. got to the hospital 9cm dilated with a bulging sack.. 15 mins and 4 pushes later my baby girl was here ❤❤ labor honestly felt like intense period cramps and wasn't as bad as everyone made me think.. i intend to go natural for this one also

I did with My First Babygirl and it is not as painful as other people say it will be. I had my contractions since 7am till 7pm.
