if he's an inside outside cat I'd avoid changing the litter box. but if he's just inside and you know for sure he isn't eating rodents then I wouldn't worry. toxoplasmosis is only spread by cats eating rodents and other small animals that are carrying a type of organism that causes the toxins. (look it up Toxoplasmosis). wear a mask if you still don't trust it. you're the momma :)
@mommytocayden, Also my doctor said the cat poop has fecies which are dangerous to be around while pregnant so make someone else clean the litter... Better to be safe then sorry
You can still try because he's not very old and it could work :( I had an older cat but he started spraying and my boyfriend didn't want to change the cat box regularly so we gave him to my mom. Try to spay thing because he's young.
@rockysmommy, he's about 8 months and he pees or sprays whichever it is when his litter is full but usually on soft stuff this time I found a huge puddle über my shoes?
Getting them spayed doesn't always fix them.. I found that out the hard way :( if they get into the habit of it and are past a certain age they might not stop.. But it's worth a try!
I would simply get him fixed, that normally will stop him from spraying things
@gunlovinmommy, thank you!!
