Have any of y'all had any random nose bleed and look really pale through pregnancy?

I get these all the time. I've just learned that its a normal symptom with pregnancy.

I get nose bleeds now I'll be fine and then it'll start pouring apparently it's something to do with increase blood and your veins in your nose. It's normal haha

I have been getting them every couple of days and was told that it's linked to Anemia.
