if i pump before hand for night feedings is it okay to just place it in the fridge and warm it up when I need it. or should I place it in the freezer

Idk about the heating up. But My the health department told me to remember the 3 fives. 5 hours at room temp, 5 days in the fridge, and 5 something in the freezer. But I don't remember if that was weeks or months. I feel like months is too long. 😳 lol. But she said that really you can do like 6-7 but they say five so it's safe and easy to remember. Idk if this helps any but I hope it does!:)

put it in the freezer over night and warm it up in the morning or when u ready to! :)
