I can't it'll put me in the e.r our water is really bad here very undrinkable
if it's the coffee baby may be spazzing on a sugar high lol. or could be gas pains. they are painful too
drink tap water if you have to. it can be irritable cramps from. dehydration I got them alot.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Having back pain is nothing compared to this rib pain😖
