so it seems i have had some bowel issues the past few days and my bm are still terribly hard to the point I am bleeding this has happened on and off thru out pregnancy what are good treatments for hemoroids (this would explain the soreness and bleeding never have encountered this prior to pregnancy)I've seriously never been constipated in my life!! I know this is not a pretty subject but a very real one during pregnancy.

I heard witch hazel works wonders, Tucks medicated pads with witch hazel is what I hear most people recommending

have you tried activia? colace? prunes, it worked for me after painful constipation during second trimester.
