This is what I take. Love them have no problems. Tried cheap walmart brand (spring valley) and gave me awful constipation. I looked up reviews and which ones had the best rating. Just look to see how many you have to take a day, these are 1 daily but gummies are usually 2-3 so that can get kind of expensive. This bottle of 70 is $13.
Nature made is cool if that's all they have. But if there's a Spring valley that's my preferred brand. But most pregnant women use gummies after they get pregnant because the hard pills make them even more Sick.
prenatal are great when trying to concieve. i tried for a yr and a half with no luck. I started taking prenatals mid July and was pregnant mid september.
first repsonse has a ttc vitamin, and they are gummies! I got them because prenatals make me sick, but make sure to take an iron supplement because the gummies don't have iron

My vitamins I take say for pregnant and trying to get pregnant women, so I'd say it'd be a good idea to take them.

I've been taking them for 2 years prior to conception . it never hurts
