Dont give up! Oh it was so hard for me at first to! An this happen to me all the time an still does sometimes but once you learn how to getbit out so much better! They are stressful though try taking a hot shower an then try pumping , dont stop breastfeeding or pumping though contuine to every 2-3 hours or how often you are! Massage it out or while your pumping it takes awhile to get it all out some times few days

I swear by this, put heat and breast feed on all 4s so your breast hangs over baby. Gravity and babies suction unclogs it! I promise you!!!
