Is it normal to not have an appetite during the pregnancy? This evening I can't seem to actually sit down and have a whole meal. Ate some peanut butter and crackers. Drank plenty of water.

Yes it definitely is. It's so overwhelming and stressful right now. I cry over absolutely anything and I been feeling so down. I know it will be worth it in the end though❤️ @kasynsmommy2016
@alyssaf, my dr threatened me with protein shakes if my weight didn't go up lol by golly I'm working on it but if you get concerned talk to your dr but I think once you get out of your 1st trimester you'll eat.
Oh wow! Well I'm glad to know it's normal. I definitely gained a good bit already but all of a sudden it hit me where I get disgusted with certain foods. @kasynsmommy2016
Yes I'm still in the first trimester but I don't really have any cravings. It's hard to decide what to eat. Tonight I just can't even eat anything really. @kasynsmommy2016
I ate first couple weeks then it hit me all at once lol I know most women say it's miserable but to me just hard bc when I started to get it back its hard to know what I want, don't have cravings really. I can't do many meats bc of the smell too
@alyssaf I actually lost weight in my first trimester and when I delivered I had only gained like 16 lbs my whole pregnancy

Very, I didn't have much of one at all my first and last trimester with my second pregnancy. Couldn't stand the smell of food
yep lol I was like that for a while. my dr said as long as I drank something it didn't matter at that point but it will come back at some point.its hard lol
My doctor said its normal during the first trimester and the ending of the third. I haven't had an appetite my entire pregnancy and I'm carrying twins. She just said eat small meals until I'm full (usually a few bites) just so that the babies have something.
