I need some help. I'm 36 weeks pregnant & im very very very nauseous & I've already puked once & my stomach has been kind of crampy on & off & my back is killing me & I'm freezing cold & I have an excruciating headache. Idk if I have a fever or not because I don't have a thermometer. What should I do?

@mrsdelg, I'm having really sharp cramps all over my stomach. Like my entire stomach cramps up.
@mrsdelg, they seem like they're evenly spaced. About every 10 minutes or so & they last for anywhere from a minute to a few minutes. & I haven't had diarrhea but I've puked twice. My temperature is 99.8 too.
Are the pains evenly spaced? Like, is it every few minutes apart or do they just come whenever? And how long do they last? Sorry if this is intrusive.. Have you had diarrhea too?
@mrsdelg, I don't know how to tell if I'm having contractions. This is my first pregnancy & ive had weird pains throughout so idk what to think
@bentley_mommy, I feel awful. I can't even get off the couch. The sickness & everything started about 1 today but the pains have been on & off for about an hour.
Are you having contractions at all? I would try to drink some water and lay on your left side for a while. See if things subside. If they don't get better or start to get worse after like an hour, I would try to get to a phone and call the doctor or L&D
It's not uncommon to get sick closer to delivery. Time how long the pains are because you could be having contractions. I don't wanna freak you out but it's a slight possibility. @gabrielsmommy1
Sounds like labor may have started. Did your doctor tell you when you need to head to the hospital? Like the whole 5-1-1 rule or anything?
