I read you can do it as early as two weeks but like everyone else said, everyone is different. Depends on how your labor goes and how you feel. I'm going to try to wait at least three weeks, maybe four depending on how I'm feeling

I was 4 wks pp since my natural vaginal birth. I was so scared! lol

First one was a while I had 3rd degree tearing and a full episiotomy so I couldn't even sit right let alone that for a while. Second I had a c-section and I waited till after my 6 week appointment just to make sure there wouldn't be infection or complications

if it was vaginal, I'd hold off as long as you can. if you tore, the tears could get infected. I'm having a csection, so I'm giving it until I feel healed and up to it. everyone is different
